Hey look, a “W” is a “W”. No matter by how much or by how little – a win is a win.
Watched the game at Big Daddy’s, where the burgers are fantastic and the beers are served properly. Waitresses were cute without being over the top like at Hooters. Our waitress, Charlie, was especially nice and easy on the eyes (if you like skinny redheads with good legs)…
Nice waitresses even stayed out of the way while the game was on…
I was really worried until the 2nd half when Gilby was benched and Mack went with his two alternate QBs, Chase McCoy & David Ashe. McCoy produced a bit of deja-vu when he completed a much needed pass to Jaxon Shipley. Lets’ call it McCoy to Shipley part 2.
But, the score would have been a lot different if ex-wunderkind Gilbert hadn’t of thrown 2 INTs in the first half. BYU is too good of a team to give the ball to, for any reason.
Now, if the boys can only keep this up… we’ll be setting pretty come November.
