I was listening to an older Ipod playlist a few days ago and this song started playing. I’d forgotten I had found this, a long time ago, while looking for older western soundtrack items.
It’s a version of “The Eyes of Texas” I doubt too many have heard. The song then segues into the theme of “The Alamo”. Ii’s title: “Alternate ending – The Alamo” by Dimitri Tiomkin, on the reissued soundtrack from John Wayne’s “The Alamo”.
So I threw together a fast video to feature this song, and some of my photos form a Spring game a while back plus some of the tower lit up #1 form the 2005 National Championship, plus other items i had laying around.
