Fresh Faces & Girls-Next-Door types sought
Ladies only, over 18
I’m looking for some fresh faces to use for various on-going projects.
I need all types of models, Fashion Models, Glamor/swimwear/lingerie models, and fine art models.
Here’s what I need for each “model type”:
- Fashion Models, height & weight requirements rigidly enforced.
- Glamor models, must be very attractive in both face & figure. Few tattoos, if any, will be accepted. This may includes posing in swimwear & lingerie at the least.
- Art Models: This is posing nude in an artistic manner. Some poses may be abstract.
- Glamor Art Nudes: This a hybrid where I shoot images targeted towards high end magazine-sponsored websites. Nudity is expected. The models will work “on spec” and if the images sell, she will receive up to 45% of proceeds. Ultra-quality images are produced, which will promote a model’s career further than any other outlet. *NOTE* I only shoot these with models I’ve worked with before on a TF* basis.

Not all interested models will qualify. I have strict height and weight requirements for Fashion, and not everyone will be accepted to pose in glamour or art.

Terms & Requirements:
Age
The Model must be at least 18 years old to model Art or Glamour. If you are under 18, you can ONLY model fashion and you must have a parent on location at all times who will sign a release. No exceptions!
Compensation:
Fashion modeling it’s strictly Trade for Prints. This means if I shoot film, you get some prints from each roll of film, or a CD with the final digital images. I limit the number of prints from each roll of film to two 8x10s or one11x14. Some agencies will request more images, which are available for a small price per print. Each print is hand processed by me in my own B&W wet darkroom.
Art modeling is a small flat rate per shoot with prints of the final images, usually a few 8x10s, after initial TF* shoot.
Glamour modeling is usually for a client, and the fee is negotiated after the client approves a shoot. Non-client shoots of a swimwear or lingerie theme is usually TFCD.
I limit which clients I shoot for, and maintain a very high quality level. This means I’m very strict in who I shoot in this area.
Fresh, very attractive young ladies ONLY, VERY FEW TATTOOS and all natural bodies.
Model Selection
The selection process is simple. A potential model must first meet with me at a public location that is easy to find, at which time I’ll assess a model’s potential for my needs. I am the final arbiter of what this is, of course.
If you no show to a meeting, forget it. I’ll not consider you a serious model and I never reschedule an initial meeting. This is why I limit the areas I will meet a model to someplace within 5 miles of my neighborhood.
Next is a small shoot to determine how well you work in front of the camera. This is NEVER be skipped even if you are a working model already.
It takes me about a week to process and look at the film. Then you will be contacted about any further shoots and to deliver any prints.
During these shoots, we will shoot only what I need shot first. I have specific needs which will be met before I do any shots just for the model. I’ve learned in 30+ years as a working photographer if I do what a model wants first, I rarely get my ideas shot afterwards.
